The advent of the era of multimedia big data makes data science an emerging area of high concern, and also brings more opportunities and greater challenges for network science and engineering research. This paper analyzes the characteristics of multimedia big data network. Based on the propagation mechanism of infectious disease dynamics model, a multimedia resource information dissemination model is established. The simulation results are valuable as it reveals the fact that by adjusting the multiple influencing factors of the model, we can track the people's topics as well as the trends.
