Nowadays the number and the variety of multimedia data has been greatly increased. In this paper, we focus on finding the solution to reveal the relationship between the users and contents. Therefore, a network model based on complex network theory is built to find the relationship between the users and contents. In order to study the topology of the network model we have built, the Jaccard distance is introduced and redefined. In our network model, the node distance is defined by analyzing the tags set feature of users and contents where the length of the distance is depending on the interaction between the users and contents. The simulation results illustrate that the intelligent tag is very important to help us analysis the dynamic processes of our proposed network model and can help us analysis the user's behavior in the future.
