Cloud computing is a frequent place for failures. Therefore many industrial and research labs are working on finding models for tolerating failures and adapting the common mechanisms of fault management to the cloud environments specificities and nature. In this context, this paper proposes an architecture for cloud brokering that implements dependability properties as a mean for trust assurance. We integrated the fault management features in our architecture and bolstered them with CORBA as the de facto standard for distributed systems.
