Abstract:
The traditional mode of satellite parts storage has problems such as out-of-stock or inventory backlog and untraceable defective products. With the continuous strengthening of informatization and automation in electronic enterprises, the requirements for material traceability are getting higher and higher. And due to the inefficiency of manual data collection, a proven material tracking and traceability system must be in place to replace the manual process. This paper studies the material traceability system for aerospace manufacturing industry. The system function module includes material identification function, material modeling function and material tracing function. According to the characteristics of aerospace enterprises, the design of material tracing and traceability is proposed. The experiment results show that the algorithm can achieve the above functions effectively.
