Abstract:
It is proposed for certain works of higher education institutions as part of projects that are repetitive operations of the same type, to manage labor resources, use the theory of queuing systems. Using the example of such work as "Consulting, receiving documents and their computer processing", the structure of two interconnected queuing systems was identified as part of the "Training in the educational program" project, and a methodological approach was proposed to establish the number of service channels — human resources that ensure the fulfillment of the necessary service conditions. Within the framework of this approach, in order to ensure the stationary conditions of application flows, it is proposed to split the time interval (within the project life cycle) into intervals where the stationary condition is met. This allows, firstly, to comply with the necessary requirements for the use of appropriate mathematical tools, and secondly, contributes to the flexible management of labor resources, avoiding situations of their inappropriate use, that is, inefficient from the point of view of costs.
