Abstract:

Unmanned vessels or unmanned vehicles (UV) are taking over more and more types of activities and are increasingly becoming a means of delivering person and essential items of life support, medical rehabilitation, and industrial raw materials. The energy consumption of concurrently performing navigation tasks, collision avoidance in limited ground/air/shipping space, maneuvering for UV divergence, object recognition leads to critical modes of remote control center (CC) CPU overload and increasing of CPU power consumption. For controlling and monitoring vessels from a distant location, this article proposes a pre-modeling based on Colored Petri net taking into account the load and state of the thermal zones of the CPU. Intelligent management allows increasing time for the working of autonomous UV and CC power consumption elements without recharging by 6.8% by making timely decisions about CPU load control and distribution of tasks between CPU cores.
