Abstract:
Multi-touch technology has the potential to alter the way collaborative interactions occur among groups working on learning or problem solving activities. Placed within a device ecology in a classroom, the between group and whole class interactions become an important secondary learning environment. This paper will describe the development of a multi-touch classroom, and results from a range of studies that examined the interaction behaviors of students when using multi-touch technology.
