Abstract:
Intelligence can be expressed as the ability to apprehend certain relationships between objects and events. This may be sensory (animal) being owed conditioned reflexes, or intellectual (human) language and concepts intervening here. An objective of computational intelligence is the creation of intelligence agents. An intelligent agent operates smart: making appropriate circumstances and its objective is flexible to environmental changes and goals; learning from experience and take appropriate decisions; having perceptual limitations and finite computation; showing how biologically-inspired computational intelligence is shaped on the biological intelligence models. Computational intelligence in nuclear engineering has suffered substantial changes in recent years. Past activities have been focused on developing monitoring conditions and analysis techniques for nuclear units but recent activities have focused in implementing these methods and develop methods for the next generation of nuclear units.
