Abstract:

The Pv systems development as renewable electricity sources is impressive in recent years. In different regions of the world the share of energy produced by PV systems depends on climatic factors and economical policies that require a careful analysis of energetically performances and financial investments. This study analyzes the economic and energy efficiency of a PV system connected to the network, located in three different regions from Europe. For this purpose there are used information provided by manufacturers of PV systems and databases of the Psol software package on climate parameters and technological parameters of PV systems. The results of simulations made in the 3 regions led to a comparative analysis of the economic and energy efficiency for the same PV system using a score and a ranking proposed by the authors.
