Abstract:

In this paper, a resistorless electronically tunable voltage-mode Kerwin-Huelsman-Newcomb (KHN) biquad is proposed. The newly introduced circuit uses a differential difference amplifier (DDA) and two controlled current conveyors (CCCIIs) as active elements. The pole angular frequency and the quality factor of the filter can be tuned independently. Proposed circuit is simulated using SPICE simulation program. Simulation results show the versatility of the circuit.
