Abstract:
We fabricated paralleled long period grating array to enable efficient C-band broadband intercore coupling in seven core fibres with advanced electrical arc discharge technique. A 1:2 inter-core multicasting of 5×224Gb/s coherent OFDM signals is then experimentally achieved.
