Abstract:
We experimentally demonstrate the first bidirectional coherent UDWDM-PON with real-time digital signal processing supporting 1000 users at a capacity of 10-Tb/s in downlink and 2-Tb/s in uplink. More than 28-dB power budget is achieved after 40-km SSMF transmission.
