Abstract:
A compact integrated ROSA for 400G-FR4 with very low crosstalk has been developed. The package volume is 550 mm3. The lane-to-lane crosstalk penalty is estimated to be 0.1 9 dB and the clear eye-opening using a 53Gbaud PAM4 waveform is observed.
