Abstract:
An Autonomic Transmission Agent based on machine-learning is proposed for excessive bit-error-rate prediction resulting from real-time analysis of state-of-polarization (SOP). The accuracy and speed of the agent enables its use for local and remote transceiver reconfiguration.
