Abstract:

We developed high bandwidth-density embedded optical modules (EOMs) for C-band dense wavelength-division-multiplexing (DWDM) interconnect. We constructed fully connected wavelength routing network among 8 FPGA nodes with 4 EOMs per node and confirmed error-free operation for total bandwidth of 2.8 Tbit/s.
