The frequency resource is limited due to multiple operators and various services. It is important to reduce intra- operator interference with multiple operators that are occupied same frequency band. Sharing radio access network technology is one of promising solution for intra-operator interference. However, there is a problem that the coverage is reduced according to the handover parameter when radio network is shared by multiple operators. We propose that the adaptive optimal A3¹ handover parameter and it is increased 15% more network coverage than previous method.
