Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze the changes in subjective age estimates when face and voices are simultaneously considered, rather than individually. The results show that the voice was the dominant factor when assessing faces and voices jointly. Moreover, the standard deviations of the detected age were smaller for voices than for faces. This indicates that the subjective ages can be manipulated by changing the voice without replacing the face.
