Abstract:
At the end of 2019, due to the impact of COVID-19, the global shopping rate in physical channels is declining, and consumers are turning to online shopping. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the digital transformation of retailer apps on consumers' intention to use and brand stickiness, using perceived value and convenience of digital services as antecedents, and to survey consumers who have used retail store apps. The results of this study help to understand consumers' perceptions of the digital transformation of retailers and provide suggestions for future directions or practical developments.
