Abstract:

Conditional regularized zero-forcing (CRZF) precoding for multi-cell Massive MIMO network is investigated in this paper. An effective method to calculate the tight deterministic approximations of inter-cell interference for multi-cell Massive MIMO network is proposed, and the Massive MIMO here means that the number of transmit antennas and single- antenna users in each cell tends to infinity while their ratio remains bounded. With this method and the previous work by Sebastian Wagner for single- cell Massive MIMO network, explicit solutions for the tight deterministic approximations of empirical signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) at each receiver of CRZF precoding are obtained, and it is also concluded that the deterministic approximations have nothing to do with generalized precoding parameter. Then the sum rate can be derived with the SINR result.
