Metadata is data about describing a concrete resource object and can carry on the localization, manage and its discovery and the data gaining is helpful also. OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative-Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) is a protocol universally proposed to settle Interoperation of metadata. Metadata and OAI based information retrieval model can not only collect the DC (Dublin Core) metadata tolerated by OAI but also detect and capture other metadata of different format needed, which are recombined and stored after metadata resolution. The structure makes network education resources between varied heterogeneous data retrieval and using more easily.
