Abstract:

In order to achieve an accurate location of unknown nodes in complex three-dimensional wireless sensor networks, in this paper, a new localization algorithm based on anchor optimization is presented. Resorting to virtual force theory, it redeploys the anchor nodes deployed randomly within a certain area to engender a good coverage state, and then uses the DV-Hop algorithm to locate the unknown nodes. The location accuracy of the unknown nodes can be enhanced by means of optimizing the distribution method of anchor nodes. In the simulation experiment, thanks to the algorithm, an accurate location of the unknown targets in the complex environment is realized and a comparison is made with the location results before the redeployment of anchor nodes. Simulation results show that this algorithm can effectively improve the coverage rate of anchor node in monitoring area and enhance the location accuracy of unknown nodes significantly.
