Abstract:
The constant evolution of drawing instruments in recent years has witnessed the emergence of scented stationery (e.g., crayons, watercolor, erasers) that are intended to attract children. This variety grows in the risk of heavy metal poisoning. Incidents of poisoning from the use of crayons or coloring materials containing toxic substances are not rare. While small amounts of toxic substances seem to cause nothing, long-term exposure still poses a threat to health. Especially for young children with weak immunity, skin contact is risky, not to mention accidental ingestion. The immature immune system leaves early children vulnerable to toxic exposure even at a slow rate of absorption. To address this question, we propose an intelligent hand painting system in this paper. The system enables users to draw with their free hands without the health risk in relation to the use of traditional drawing instruments and coloring materials. Upon completion of each creative painting, digital storage of children's artwork is very easy by the system.
