To grasp MRT cabin situations as soon as possible, the best solution is to incorporate instant feedback from passengers. In addition to the walkie-talkie in the cabin, the mobile app is a very good way. This study proposes an information system architecture based on artificial intelligence assistance to help passengers use apps to notify MRT companies in real time. An APP prototype was developed to demonstrate the effectiveness of this system architecture.
