In order to improve the learning effect of training course for professional organization, the dynamic system simulator was developed, the efficient teaching concept was introduced, and good teaching effect was achieved. Based on effective teaching concept and with the aid of the dynamic system simulator, course preparations were made for group training course from four aspects, changing of student status, refining of teaching goals, adjusting of teaching mode, and formulating of exam standards; key points during teaching process were explained from four parts, collecting and sorting out of teaching materials, lesson presenting by students, practicing of teaching capability, and controlling of teaching process; with practices and analysis, benefits and introspection were made from four aspects, including participation of students in class, monitoring for teaching quality, developing of group training capability, and application and expansion of efficient training.
