This paper is stage study of the large research framework. Using the adjustment methods of psychophysics from the observation angle of the apparent rotation velocity threshold boundary, this study explored changes in difference forms influence the expression of dynamic optical illusion and the formation, perceptual response, and distinguishability of induced movement, and analysis the different forms of dynamic optical illusion effect and perception effect. According to empirical research, the form needs: (1) sufficient line length to produce motion perception information, (2) a sufficient number of lines to form the traction effects that produce motion perception, and (3) sufficient line spacing to induce the most effective dynamic illusion motion perception effects with various rotation speed ranges and through three interaction, it could be performed the best dynamic illusion effect in induced movement.
