Abstract:
In the paper, based on the model reduction theory of neurodynamics and the polynomial regression algorithm, the nine-dimension one-compartment complex model of CA1 pyramid neuron developed by David[J Neurophysiol, 2006, 96: 1912-1926] is reduced by computer simulation, and the two-dimension reduced neuron model is obtained. This investigation provides a simple and convenient method to reduce the high dimension complex neuron model. And it is helpful to investigate deeply the high dimension complex neuron model's dynamic characteristics and functions by the neurodynamic theory.
