Abstract:

The paper proposes deep learning based semantic ontology alignment process and predictive analysis methodology of DD as a use case. In the development of a semantic ontology alignment process, a mapping procedure has performed to find a WoO based semantic interoperable ontology of DD with respected to base ontology and three reference ontologies. And the semantic interoperable ontology developed in the first step is applied to perform a predictive analysis for characterization of the strong features to affect depression. In the experimentation, this paper shows its reasonable applicability through deep learning based analysis of DD case.
