Abstract:

The HVAC system of electric vehicle is an important part that affects the driving range of the vehicle, and the intelligent and efficient air conditioning control algorithm is the key factor to ensure the comfort of the passenger cabin and save energy consumption. This paper builds a two-dimensional fuzzy PID controller based on fuzzy logic. The controller takes the deviation and deviation change rate of the crew cabin temperature and the set temperature as input, and the required AC power as output, combined with VPAT AC model, and compared with the ordinary PID controller. The simulation results show that compared with PID control, the fuzzy PID controller established in this paper can reduce the adjustment time by 13s and 40s respectively under 35°C high temperature environment and -7°C low temperature environment, and the temperature fluctuation range of the crew cabin is small, both of which can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning by 2.4%.
