Abstract:

e-learning is a teaching facility that is provided in almost all educational institutions in the world. Utilization of Internet access and use of information technology to make the media is seen as the most effective media. The study of the benefits of the users and the impact has been much discussed, and almost all of the research shows that the method of e-learning is an effective method to improve the user's understanding of the mastery of the material. This makes institutions providing e-learning facilities constantly improve the quality of e-learning to be more effective. This study is one of an effort to evaluate e-learning in ST3 Telkom to map out the criteria that will make e-learning effectively, and utilize assessment of the users and developers into a comparison matrix that is obtained by applying a method consistent fuzzy preference relations (CFPR) in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. The results of this research will give more weight to the interests of each criteria that can be used as reference in the development of business improvement for the quality of e-learning in ST3 Telkom.
