Abstract:
Sensing technology has undergone numerous evolutions along with the rising daily use of various types of sensors in the modern world. The mmWave sensor is the technology that has advanced the most in the last few years. LiDAR, ultrasonic, and image sensors are additionally useful sensing technologies, but they have significant limitations in terms of high accuracy, long distance measurement and potential interference from external environmental factors. However, mm Wave sensors have fewer drawbacks than current sensors and are broadly used in a wide range of industries, including RADAR technology, medical applications, meteorological applications etc. This is paving the way for overcoming their restrictions. The overall operation of The mmWave sensor was addressed in this paper, along with its use and research in many different fields.
