Abstract:

Many studies are based on automatic or semi-automatic measurement of various a priori brain Region of Interest (ROI) to compare and discriminate between healthy controls (HC) and Alzheimer Disease (AD) patients. The proposed diagnosis method results yield up to about 84% stratification accuracy with Multi-kernel SVM along with high sensitivity and specificity above 85%.
