The paper is devoted to the brief consideration of conceptual foundations and the application of the methodology of inductive modeling of complex systems (IMCS) for the construction of inductive technologies of system information-analytical research (ITSIAR) of innovation type. A brief review of the new concepts and objects that are used in the inductive technology of SIAR, formulated the definition of system criteria for evaluation and decision making in ITSIAR. The attention was also paid to the practical application of ITCIAR in various fields, in particular in the agrarian where issues of pricing in the local networks of refueling complexes were solved for the selection of effective places of their placement in terms of fuel sales volumes and profitability of the objects. The systemic criterion for optimal pricing, as a result of the implementation of the SIAR, which included four components, was described as a subcriteria. All considered in the study of factors and objects in the work presented an appropriate economic interpretation.
