Abstract:

This article explores the relationship between emotional intelligence and game development, proposing a unique game EI model based on the ambivalence of emotions. The model suggests that a player's emotional state affects their game strategy and addresses how to overcome frustration and aggression. It also recommends taking breaks, live communication, and self-analysis during gameplay to avoid limiting cognitive function. The impersonal EI test question's transformation into game components of mechanics, dynamics and aesthetics, as well as active and deeper learning strategies, is described. Recommendations are created for conducting any game under the dynamic model of EI, or for the educational games design.
