Abstract:
The design of switch drivers in reconfigurable switched capacitor dcdc converter is characterized by the need of several floating supplies to avoid exceeding the voltage ratings of the transistors used to implement the drivers. This work describes circuit solutions to tackle this issue without resorting to a wide set of large capacitors, favoring the integration of the converter.
