Abstract:
In this paper, we propose a new fault-tolerant control design method for a given two-input two-output (TITO) system. Our approach does not require a mathematical model of the plant and is strictly based on measurement data. We employ the interval controller structure to design a set of multivariable controllers that provides the closed-loop system integrity. In other words, the closed-loop system maintains stability under all possible controller failures as long as at least one feedback loop is connected.
