Abstract:

Cloud Computing is a new promoted technology today. The adoption of the cloud computing has been increased for both enterprises and end-users. But, the major critical problem of this technology is its security that is becoming more and more serious. Thus, intrusion detection has been considered the best solution to secure the Cloud platform. Therefore, the main aim of all new researches is to retrieve an effective and performing intrusion detection system adaptable to cloud environment. In this paper, we propose a new Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the -+8 rates and detection delay in order to make real time detection in the whole of Cloud platform based on the OpenStack framework. The results show that the C-DIDS is more efficient in term of delay compared to the existing GCCIDS solution.
