Abstract:
The papers in this special section were presented at the 14th Specialist Meeting on Microwave Radiometry and Remote Sensing of the Environment (MicroRad 2016) that was held on April 11–14, 2016, on Aalto University Campus, Espoo, Finland. MicroRad is a unique gathering, where the microwave radiometry community has an opportunity to present new designs, research results, technological advances, and unique innovations in the field of passive microwave remote sensing.
