As the main force of original innovation, the college is the source of technological innovation and the important subject in creating intellectual properties in China. In recent years, colleges in our country are paying more and more attention in intellectual property, what's more, the amount of patent application and authorization volume increased year by year. However, the colleges' management of intellectual property is still weak because the management system is not absolutely perfect and there is lack of attention on intellectual property. Therefore, strengthening the management of intellectual property is the urgent and core problem to be solved.
