Abstract:

This paper begins with analyzing the current situation of China's security management, elaborates the importance of determining secret-related personnel and management. On the current status of secret-related personnel qualification job analysis, in-depth qualification of secret-related personnel and management to achieve the inquiry, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method applied to specific secret-related personnel qualification comprehensive assessment study, with the current status quo will assess confidentiality models may be divided into a number of indicators, secret-related personnel to achieve the qualification assessment level comprehensive evaluation. On this basis put forward some suggestions on the appointment of secret-related personnel selection and appointment.
