Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of classified personnel quality evaluation, with the aid of competency model which commonly used in human resource management and performance. The author researches on the five aspects classified personnel quality, Obtain the empirical data through questionnaire, It is concluded that the characteristics of load and variance accounted by using statistical analysis. The results showed that the classified staff competency model can be classified into five factors : Organizational identification, business ability, psychological level, security standard, comprehensive quality. Finally, the author also discusses the competency model of classified reference value for the selection and training of personnel management.
