Abstract:
The development of nearly ubiquitous electronic networking and electronic devices with lower power use have enabled a steady growth of mobile electronic devices and the gradual decline of traditional personal computers (PCs). In addition, more consumer services and tools available on the Internet (the cloud) have changed what is done locally and remotely for many consumers. Let's take a deep look at these trends and explore how they are changing consumer digital storage requirements.
