This document presents an information system for teaching and monitoring students in English in the training program “Information science and computer engineering”. The article gives an analytical evaluation and study of the developed web application “Space Information Systems and Technologies” for learning English, the comparison with other modern E-platforms. The advantages and disadvantages of the developed web-application is revealed.
