Abstract:

In the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), vehicle terminal and user information collection are the main data sources. But sharing these data can easily violate personal privacy and data security. To solve this problem, in this paper we propose a secure proxy re-encryption (PRE) scheme, which uses identity-based broadcast encryption to provide fine-grained control, while ensuring secure data sharing and preventing privacy leakage. The proposed scheme, called identity-based broadcast proxy re-encryption plus (PIB-PRE+), has non-transferability and nontransitivity to ensure the security of ciphertext. The PIB-PRE+ also provides privacy protection for users in the receiving set and supports flexible fine-grained delegation. Compared with other existing schemes, PIB-PRE+ provides some advantages in function and efficiency. Finally, we discuss the application of PIBPRE+ in vehicle-to-network (V2N) communication. The research is helpful to improve the security and privacy of data sharing in IoV.
