Abstract:

The world’s first 10+ GHz digital transmitter has been demonstrated. The prototype chip which occupies 0.00023 mm2 has been designed and tested in 22 nm bulk CMOS. Measured results showed that the chip transmitted 18 GHz signal with 1.2 V power supply and 0.48 mW power.
