Abstract:
Summary form only given. In the behavioral framework, system interconnection and control are treated essentially in terms of behavior intersection. After a brief overview of the basic ideas of nD system interconnection and the definition of a notion of nD stability, we focus on the problem of nD system stabilization. We consider both full and partial interconnections, the former corresponding to a situation where all the system variables may be used for control, the latter to a situation where only some of the system variables may be used for control purposes.
