In the era of innovative technology, knowledge is the key towards the development of an evolutionary world. Knowledge is continuously increasing at an exponential rate within our society and has become difficult to manage. Most organizations are adopting agile methodology where knowledge is constantly being created, altered and shared in order to adapt to the constant changing environment as well as forging a better future. Many software companies adopting the scrum approach, conduct scrum meetings on a daily basis where all the decisions, doubts and issues are put forward by stakeholders for everyone to get the same level of understanding and requirements are clearly defined. Nevertheless, one of the main challenges is to capture, store and share the knowledge being discussed during scrum meetings. A framework has been proposed based on surveys and recommendations conducted in various Mauritian software agile companies to cater for challenges. The main ideas have been discussed in this paper. A system prototype has been implemented and evaluated.
