With a growing demand on better healthcare quality in the society, exploring possibilities of digital health as an aid in medical consultation would be a choice. In this study, we present an Artificial Intelligence Diagnostic Platform and demonstrate its features in diseases diagnoses based on patients' self-reported symptoms and physical examination by physician. We included 36 patients who had used the platform as a pilot study and 22 valid records were analyzed. In comparison with human doctors, its differential diagnoses showed 100% coverage of the diagnosis made by the human doctor in each and every patient case. It is proven that Envive AI Diagnosis system accurately diagnosed the patients based on symptoms and physical exams. The findings revealed the potential of introducing digital analytics in consultation, especially in primary care settings in the future.
