Dream Chip Technologies GmbH has built a new generation reference platform for automotive SoCs as part of the government funded ZuSE-KI-mobile project. Based on this Dream Chip is building a next generation solution up to AD level 4. To illustrate the capabilities of the reference platform and our design methodologies we will give a short overview of the flexibility and scaling concept and will take a closer look at Dream Chip’s low latency automotive ISP.
