Abstract:
This paper aims at improving the performance of a DC Microgrid System, by introducing different control strategies and testing the performance of each. The components of this system are PV-source, power converters, and storage systems. The overall system will first be designed to be able to test the improvement of using the control strategies. Simulink will be used to implement the system modeling and testing. Different control schemes could be used in this context, such as fuzzy logic controller.
