Abstract:
This article suggests the hypothesis that a higher competency in program and portfolio management is required for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) within Special Economic Zones (SEZ), which is the special preferential economic and regulatory conditions for local and foreign companies to develop a programs and projects related to the growth of the social, trade, technological, scientific and innovative aspects of the region.
